$150 per Assessment (Initial Appt., 60-90 Mins.)
$120 per Session (50-55 mins.)
Couples Counseling

*Some insurance plans do not cover couples counseling.
Cash Pay:
$150 per Assessment* (Initial Appt., 60-90 Mins.)

$180 per 80-85 Minute Session

Other Services
Letter for Gender Affirming Surgery
A letter requires a 1.5 - 2 hour Assessment session wherein we discuss the required elements and your personal history.

Letter for Emotional Support Animal
I offer this service to established clients (ongoing care for 3+ months).
Please note: I do not make exceptions for this, I will not write a letter without an established ongoing therapeutic relationship.
Forms of Payment
Copays and Cash Pay fees are billed through Ivy Pay or Square. Ivy Pay accepts debit cards, credit cards, HSA or FSA accounts.
Late Cancellations, Missed Appointments and No Shows
Clients are responsible for the cost of any session(s) not canceled with more than 24 hours notice.
